Dems gave Forrester 33% raise
I think this about sums it up...
Momentum has not been with the Democrats since Forrester was elected party chairman. Over the past three years, Democrats have lost the governor’s mansion, three seats in Congress, 15 seats in the state House and one in the Senate.
Over the past year, 10 Democratic lawmakers have either announced their retirement or chosen not to run for re-election.
